Cavco West is currently looking for Factory Home Builders & Assemblers

Full time available positions range from entry level – experienced building trades. Positions include all aspects of the construction and assembly of manufactured housing including (Framers, Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring, Drywall Installers/Tapers, Roofers, Cabinets and various other support positions).

Qualifications:

• Construction or Warehouse / Assembly experience a plus but not required
• Flexible to work in a fast paced, changing environment
• Standing / Walking, Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.
• Ability to be trained and take direction
• Ability to work in a team with others
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
