Since 2003, K2 Electric has been the leader in the Arizona commercial, industrial, and photovoltaic electrical contracting field. We exist to cultivate employee, client and community relationships through a company built on performance, operational excellence, and service.

Work/life balance is important to us at K2, and we extend that to all our employees. We know that they put in hard hours and they deserve some time to spend with their families. Moreover, we want them to go home safely to their family.

We also provide a boot voucher and tool loans to assist people who are just at the beginning of constructing their career in the skilled trades.

Training Programs

No company accomplishes greatness without a team. Professional training and development of every employee is paramount to understand and serve the needs of our customers and prepare them as future leaders in our industry.

We provide apprenticeships via the Independent Electrical Contractors Association (IECA). Their state and federally approved program includes on-the-job training and demonstrations. We highly encourage our employees with limited experience to participate in the program so that by the end, students become qualified journeyman electricians.

In addition, IECA offers continuing education courses that cover field, safety, and office related subjects perfect for employee continued training. Keeping our safety goal of zero incidents in mind, we put all of our journeyman and foreman through the IECA CPR training course and Lockout/Tagout course.
