Corbins Electric

Corbins Electric is a values-driven, innovative electrical partner. Since our inception in 1975, we have grown to be one of Arizona’s largest electrical contractors. We partner with vendors and work with customers who share and appreciate our core values: Passion, Relationships, Innovation, Development, and Excellence. We empower our employees to implement these core values in everything they do and encourage out-of-the-box thinking to provide innovative solutions. An employer of choice, we have been named one of the Top Companies to Work for in Arizona by the Arizona Republic.

As a merit-based, non-union company, we are the industry-leading electrical partner we are today because of the people we employ. We foster an environment that thrives on creativity, camaraderie, and hard work. At Corbins Electric, we take pride in adding great teammates to the CorbinsPRIDE and then go to work for their development. We have proven that our business can grow as we grow the people in it.

Training Programs

Our Educational Assistance Program helps eligible employees develop their skills and upgrade their performance. Under the program, tuition assistance is provided for courses offered by approved institutions of learning such as accredited colleges, universities, and trade schools. Those employees who are interested in advancing their knowledge of the electrical industry are eligible to receive a full scholarship package to participate in a four year electrical apprenticeship program through the Arizona Builders Alliance and International Electrical Contractors Association of Arizona.

What sets Corbins Electric apart from other subcontractors is our commitment to the development of our employees. We are constantly identifying new trainings that can be developed that will further enhance the skillset of our employees regardless of what their title is. Our Workforce Development Department plays an essential role in supporting the training and development of all Corbins teammates along with our strategic partners. One-hundred percent of our field workforce is screened prior to hire and receives continuous, ongoing training. To ensure that we are representing the diversity of the industry, we offer all training modules in Spanish and English.
