HACI Mechanical Contractors has been in business since 1972 growing from a small shop replacing home evaporative cooling systems for air conditioning systems today being one of the five largest commercial HVAC companies in Arizona.

 

We pride ourselves in the quality of workmanship that comes from our dedicated workforce that has been developed through on the job training along with classroom training. We have Team members that have been with us over 30 years starting as apprentices and advancing to Foreman’s, Superintendents, Operation Managers, Estimators and Project Managers.

Training Programs

We are very Safety oriented on all of our jobs through constant safety training. There is a 3 – 4 hour Safety training orientation before going on a jobsite for every new hire. After 90 days of employment we train all new field people to be OSHA 10 approved. All leadmen and Forman will be trained as OSHA 30 approved as they advance. This training is all done in house by our OSHA 500 certified trainer.
