The Parts Coordinator is a reliable, responsible, and
detail-oriented. Must understand customer service and must act in a cooperative
and positive manner. Will facilitate pulling required service parts, which are
heavy. The Parts Coordinator is expected to work with integrity and documenting
and processing orders for Fedex shipments professionalism, always. Parts Puller
is also expected to develop an understanding of common names for the same part
and communicate exactly what is being requested.


  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities are as follows.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse
  • Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
  • Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials
    are available to pull.
  • Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct
    in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled.
  • Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 7 days.
  • Documenting and processing orders for FedEx and Southeastern
  • Coordinating with dealer, homeowner and transportation
    service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis
  • Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set
    delivery expectations.
  • Following up internally and externally until claim is
  • Creating individual process to improve our customers’
    experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved
    customer experience


Language Skills. Ability to read and interpret documents
such as policies, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability
to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.

Mathematical Skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and
divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret
bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability
. Ability to apply common sense
understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram
form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations.
