Responsibilities

Order and track lien waivers, review projects, and order amendments as necessaryOrder and track Bonds, review projects, and order amendments as necessaryOrder project Certificate of Insurance (COI) as specified in contractProcess credit application to outside vendorsIssue subcontractor and vendor agreements consistent with contract requirements prior to finalizing and releasing Represent company as main point of contact for subcontractors Manage our subcontractor database, prequalification and annual renewal processMaintain customer and vendor database, including set-up of new customers and vendorsAssist Project Accounts with entering budgets, job cost transfers, billings and collections as necessary

Qualifications

1- 3 years construction experience preferredTechnically savvy including proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Spectrum accounting/project management software, Crystal reports, and database management.Excellent written and verbal communication ability Strong organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to identify issues as they arise and quickly provide a resolutionTeam player with the desire to provide a high level of service
