ABOUT THE ROLE

The Service Receptionist is responsible for taking phone call from clients, retailers, builders, and developers in the order they were received and pass them along to the corresponding customer service representative. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending emails

• Maintaining files

• Welcoming visitors to your office

• Answering phone calls

• Taking and delivering messages

• Scheduling calls between clients, retailers, builders, and developers and customer service representatives. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Six (6) months clerical experience or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred.

• Good oral and written communication

• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

• Strong organizational skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team environment
