Corbins Electric is looking for a strategic thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to bring the Corbins Electric recruitment process to the next level. This seasoned recruiter will be a change management and Corbins cultural champion. Create, execute and continually be looking for ways to pipeline for our high-volume craft workforceDesign and implement cutting edge recruiting techniques and sourcing strategies and develop valuable industry contacts to ensure we are recruiting top talentLead, train and develop the Talent Acquisition team—define overall performance goals across the teamBe a strategic partner with the executive team to understand manpower needs and trends for current and future roles; recruit on executive roles as neededLead with data to drive operational improvements Communicate Corbins Electric as the employer of choice in the marketplace and work with the marketing team on branding programs—own and continually refine the candidate experienceVendor manage recruiting tools and agencies and always be evaluating to ensure we are using the most impactful resourcesMentor hiring managers on compliance with company recruitment processes, ATS use, behavioral interviewing techniques, job descriptions and candidate assessmentSpearhead various initiatives such as career fairs, college and high-school partnerships and internship programs
5+ years in recruiting2+ years in high-volume recruiting preferredExperience with iCIMS highly preferredExperience with Predictive Index or other behavioral assessmentsExperience in creating, building, and implementing strategic recruiting initiatives Proven experience in leading and developing a teamExperience working with strategic leaders of an organizationExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal skillsHigh degree of motivation, flexibility, and the ability to handle ambiguity
