This will include design, installation layout and installation validation. Supports the VC Support Tech team with scheduling, training, trouble shooting, maintaining material, equipment and vehicles. Depending on specific work assignments, all or any of the below tasks may apply: 

Responsibilities

 Gather field intelligence with a Robotic Total Station (RTS) or Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) for design development on the project site.Layout installation points with a RTS or GNSS unitValidate installations with a RTS or GNSS unitReverse engineer projects with a RTS or GNSS unit  Perform 3D Scanning using 3D laser scannersPerform 3D Scanning Registration and publish scans for use by otherMaintain a safe work environment following all Corbins Electric and project safety requirementsProvide training, coaching, mentoring and technical assistance within the teamMaintain training documentsAssist with process and procedure improvementsCoordinate scheduling of team and equipmentPerform Quality Assurance check and ensure the team is following proper policies and proceduresPerform Equipment and vehicle maintenance checklist and coordinate maintenance as requiredTravel from site to site as requiredWorking outdoors in the elements in Arizona and New MexicoIllustrate initiative, resourcefulness and workload management skills

Qualifications

Diploma Courses or equivalent is required3+ years experience leading a team3+ years’ experience CAD3+ years’ experience with Robotic Total Station and Global Navigation Satellite System equipment3+ years’ experience in project Layout Excellent written and verbal communication ability Organized, systematic and competent to perform detailed tasksHas a strong ability to be a team player and leaderSelf-starter and motivated to work efficiently and affectivelyMust possess outstanding interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and carry +- 50lbs for equipment setup and usage
